Easy to make Cottage cheese breakfast bowl

 Cottage cheese is very healthy and often recommended if you want to lose weight or maintain your current weight, but what if we could make it a lot more tasty and filling, but yet keep it healthy, that is what I am going to share in this quick guide on how to make a Breakfast Cottage cheese bowl. 


Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese
  • Vanilla sauce 
  • Raspberry jam
  • Oatmeal with dried fruit
How to make
 
1. Mix your desired amount of cottage cheese with a spoon of Raspberry jam or your preferred jam, a plus would be getting a jam with no added sugar. 

2. Add a little dash of vanilla sauce for better flavor, again better if it has no added sugar, then mix it all together. 

3. Finish it off by adding a handful of oatmeal preferably with dried fruit.

4. Mix it all together and enjoy!
