 Healthy oatmeal pizza crust




Today I want to share an extremely easy to make, and healthy pizza crust. All you need is two ingredients: 

  • 5-6 eggs
  • 5 dl Oatmeal 
Additionally you can add a little salt and pepper to the mix. 

How to make it: 

1. Preheat oven to 200 c (395 f)
2. Mix eggs and oatmeal in a bowl + add salt and pepper if preferred.
3. Put in the oven for approximately 10 mins.
4. Add your toppings
5. Put back in oven for 5-7 mins
6. Enjoy!
