  Omelette with asparagus This omelette with asparagus makes a very good breakfast dish and dinner dish. A perfect low carb dish that is super healthy and filling. Here is the recipe and how to make this delicious omelette: Ingredients: 6 eggs  0.5 yellow onion 1 Garlic clove 200g asparagus 125g mozzarella 2 tbs basil Salt  Pepper 1 tbs butter How to make it:  Mix the eggs with a little salt and pepper Chop the onion and garlic in small pieces Add a little olive oil into a frying pan and cook the onion and garlic for about 2-3 minutes Add the asparagus with the onion and garlic and let it cook for about 2 minutes Add the eggs into the frying pan, and stir lightly to mix it all together in the pan Add the mozzarella to the top and put a lid on top to let it settle and for the mozzarella to melt on top of the omelette.  Yogurt and raspberry breakfast smoothie Start your day right with a healthy smoothie, not only does it taste amazing but it is so quick to make, that even the busiest person can make this one the go. Perfect for breakfast or a mid-day snack.  Here is how to make it: Ingredients: 1 dl frozen raspberry 1 dl currant 2 dl yogurt, either plain or vanilla 1 tbs honey Mix all of the ingredients in a blender, and pour it in to a big glas. If you want you can add some raspberry on top or a mint leaf to make it look pretty. 

Healthy oatmeal pizza crust

  Healthy oatmeal pizza crust Today I want to share an extremely easy to make, and healthy pizza crust. All you need is two ingredients:  5-6 eggs 5 dl Oatmeal  Additionally you can add a little salt and pepper to the mix.  How to make it:  1. Preheat oven to 200 c (395 f) 2. Mix eggs and oatmeal in a bowl + add salt and pepper if preferred. 3. Put in the oven for approximately 10 mins. 4. Add your toppings 5. Put back in oven for 5-7 mins 6. Enjoy!

 Cottage cheese is very healthy and often recommended if you want to lose weight or maintain your current weight, but what if we could make it a lot more tasty and filling, but yet keep it healthy, that is what I am going to share in this quick guide on how to make a Breakfast Cottage cheese bowl.  Ingredients: Cottage cheese Vanilla sauce  Raspberry jam Oatmeal with dried fruit How to make   1. Mix your desired amount of cottage cheese with a spoon of Raspberry jam or your preferred jam, a plus would be getting a jam with no added sugar.  2. Add a little dash of vanilla sauce for better flavor, again better if it has no added sugar, then mix it all together.  3. Finish it off by adding a handful of oatmeal preferably with dried fruit. 4. Mix it all together and enjoy!

 Healthy pizza for the pizza lovers out there Very healthy pizza, with groundbeef crust. This delicious pizza recipe is so yummy and very easy to make. Here's a quick guide on how to prepare this healthy pizza: Ingredients:   Ground beef (500 g) 1 egg Salt Pepper Pizza sauce  Topping Cheese 1. Preheat the oven to 200 c (392 f) 2. Mix ground beef with 1 egg, salt, pepper and other spices you might want to add.  3. Place the meat on a baking tray covered by a baking sheets, spread it to a thin pizza crust.  4. Place in oven for approximately 15 min 5. Add sauce of your choice and other toppings and cheese. 6. Put back in oven for approximately 10 mins 7. Enjoy!
