Rice waffles with egg, bacon and avocado
RICE WAFFLE LUNCH
This dish is perfect to make if you have leftover rice from yesterday's dinner, why left your leftover rice go to waste when you can use it to make a delicious lunch for your family. The recipe below is for a family of 4.
Ingredients
1 dl | Boiled rice | ||

1 dl | Flour | ||
0.5 ts | Baking powder | ||
2 dl | Milk | ||
0.25 ts | Flaky salt | ||
1 | Egg | ||
50g | Melted butter | ||
Toppings | |||
2 | Avokado | ||
1 pack | Bacon | ||
4 | Eggs |
How to make it
Step 1
Mix egg, rice, melted butter, milk, salt, baking powder and flour together. Mix it well, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Make your waffles in a waffle maker.
Step 3
Cook bacon and eggs. Slice the acocado in thin layers. Add bacon, egg and avocado to your waffle and enjoy! Stek bacon og egg.
