Cauliflower Wings
If you are craving a good snack, but want something healthy, then this recipe is perfect for you! Cauliflower wings are seriously delicious, easy to make, and a healthy way to enjoy a late night snack.
Here's how to make it:
Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- 3dl panko bread crumbs
- 1 tbs black sesame seeds
- 1 ts red pepper powder
- 1 ts garlic powder
- 0.5 ts salt
- 0.5 ts pepper
Step 1: Remove the leafs from the cauliflower, and cut in mefium sized pieces.
Step 2: Mix eggs in a bowl. In a seperate bowl mix panko breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, red pepper powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Step 3: Turn the cauliflower in yhe egg until completely covered, and then dip it inthe panko mix until it has a thick layer.
Step 4: Put the covered cauliflower on a baking tray, and bsje them in the oven at 200 c (392 f) for approximately 25 minutes.
In addition you can use chili mayo or sour cream for dip.
